All packages are shipped with insurance if you recieve broken contents please take you package and tracking number to your local usps and file a claim with the clerk!

Wickz&Wax uses cotton wicks in our candles to help make sure our candles stay smokeless. For the dyes we use mica powder which are also plant based products, commonly used in most makeup products 😊

When you purchase something from Wickz&Wax because we take so much pride in Our work we make sure Our packages are shipped with insurance at no extra cost to you. So if you receive anything and its broken please take the whole package along with your tracking number to your local usps center and file a claim with the clerk and they will refund you for your broken products it may take a week but you will receive a refund. If they deny your claim please email us a copy of the claim and we will see about further helping you with compensation.
